Third Party Administration

  • COBRA

We help to reduce compliance risk by handling the COBRA process for employers from beginning to end. Since there are many rules and regulations when dealing with COBRA, notifying Babb, Inc. as soon as possible of a qualifying event starts the COBRA clock and reduces your liability.

  • FSA

When your employee enrolls in a Flexible Spend Account (FSA), they are able to set aside a portion of their pay on a pre-tax basis. The money in an FSA account can be used to pay for things such as: doctor visit co-pays/deductibles, eyeglasses, dental work, or RX, just to name a few.

  • MRP

As a third-party administrator, we offer Medical Reimbursement Plans (MRP) to employer groups that choose to move to a high-deductible plan. This allows employers to help their employees cover their medical expenses.
