Let’s Check In With Lisa

I check into SparkPittsburgh every day!  I added the Fruit and Veggie challenge to my page and it has helped me get 5-7 servings per day.   I also have tried several recipes from SparkPeople!  Turkey eggplant bake was wonderful.  I substituted veggie crumbles for the Turkey and uses mozzarella almond cheese to avoid the dairy.  So vegetarian.  Family didn’t know the difference, even shared it with the neighbors.  I highly recommend using “Use all Spark People”  and the recipe and fitness tabs on the site.

 

I have a crazy work schedule coming up which will have me in the car 2-6 hours a day  for a week and then I have a 3-day certification class with homework and an exam!  Trying to figure out how to get my steps in.  Do you think the instructor would mind me walking around the room during the lectors?

 

Oh well the good news is that I had a vacation to Virginia Beach in the middle of my crazy work schedule.

 

Overall, I’m feeling great and Crossgates Management is racking up the steps.  Remember to be good to your body and your body will be good to you.
